In this project, two main tools were designed: a mobile app for users (mainly women) and a back-office platform for professionals to provide timely, coordinated help. The final product was conceived with flexibility in mind. Each public or private organisation adopting the solution could decide which modules to implement according to their needs and resources. After weeks of research and ideation, the need was clear: the mobile app needed to provide women immediate access to information, guidance, and support. Act as a trusted companion—helping not only in emergency situations but also in prevention, awareness and empowerment.
