Siel is a mobile app and a robot what try to help people suffering depression. I wanted to develop something really easy for the users as the main pain point is they don´t feel like doing anything. The robot would have a very simple architecture because its purpose is only to send sudden plan suggestions and to check the mood afterwards. In the case of the app, I thought it needed to be very visual so the user feels comfortable when using it.
I was really pleased because when testing all users liked the look and feel and felt not only comfortable but also understood with the texts used along with the app. Siel transmitted to them calmness, confidence, proximity and serenity. They appreciated that Siel learns as they use it, so it becomes more efficient every time they use the app or the robot.
